A Passion for Agriculture
Jordan’s journey in agriculture began on his family’s contract hog farm, which allowed him to develop hands-on experience in the field. His passion for farming led him to pursue a degree in Agricultural Business at North Carolina State University, followed by an MBA at Campbell University.

A Track Record of Excellence
Jordan’s career began as a farm manager at Smithfield, where he quickly advanced over 13 years. His experience spans both operational and financial leadership, culminating in his role as Controller for Eastern North Carolina, where he oversaw financial strategy and operations in the region.
